every expression is substitution and there are insurmountable difficulties.  art, to me, is nothing but an attempt to overcome the difficulties.

even when the music sounds revolutionary or radically new,  if it fails to reach the hearts of its listeners, it means nothing. one cannot find the essentials of music in academia or logic, but in music itself. my attempt, therefore, is merely what i consider a basic musicianship.

the most pure form of communication, i think, is possible only though art work. so i sincerely hope that my attempt connects to your heart.
